The Mysterious Benedict Society vs. Harry Potter

In The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart, the characters, Kate, Constance, Sticky, and Reynie, somehow relate to the characters in Harry Potter. Reynie is the leader guy who kind of has a mix of the personalities of the others in his group. I think he is kind of like Harry in Harry Potter. Harry is also the leader of his little group. Sticky is the smart one of the group. In the book it says, "Reynie interupted him,'Sticky, how do you spell control in dutch?'
'Same as in English,' Sticky replied. 'Only with an E at the end."
This shows that the rest of his group relies on him for the things they don't know because he is the smart one. Sticky is like Hermonie in Harry Potter, she is the smart one of their group. Constance is the one who is not really helpful at most times in the group, just like Ron in Harry Potter, but sometimes she has her moments when the group really needs her. Kate is just helpful and always carries around things that they will eventually need like to defeat someone she just brings out her slingshot and shoots them, she carries these things around in a bucket clipped to her pants. I don't think there is anyone in Harry Potter who is like Kate.
